Staff are always utterly professional and the whole experience never fails to satisfy. One thing that would make my facial even better is sonething like an arm massage while the mask is on rather than me just lying there. Thanks :-)

Excellent facial with fantastic therapist.All staff are lovely and friendly.The Decleor products are wonderful.I think this salon is by far the best in St.Albans.

In my view clients should be asked to turn off their mobiles in the salon. Today another client's phone rang several times during my appointment. I have always valued the calm atmosphere of the salon. This would have been very disturbing to a relaxing massage or facial.
