I love coming here, the girls are all lovely and even though I'm an 'every couple of months' customer, they always remember me which is nice. Waxing etc can be a bit embarrassing but you never feel that way at S&T. The girls and their beauty treatments have seen me through my 1st date with my husband 3 years ago, our first hol, a hen-do and my wedding! Looking forward to coming to see you for all my other important events :-)

Overall environment - I have marked 9/10 as it would be helpful to have somewhere to put clothes, coats, bags etc in the treatment rooms which is currently lacking. Quality of service experience - marked 9/10 as the glue used for fixing false eyelashes causes irritation to nose and eyes. Better aircon in the rooms might improve or eliminate this, and this is particularly important for the beauticians themselves who are working in that enviroment all the time. Value for money - Putting eye lashes on is very time consuming, so I understand the cost is high due to the time involved. However, it is slightly more expensive at Skin and Tonic than at some other places. Otherwise, very happy with experience at Skin and Tonic, and particularly like Lizzie and Simone.
