Comment
The treatment room I was in is noisy with conversations from reception. Booking took 5 days to achieve…. Online said my card was invalid….. first attempt at phoning I was cut off immediately 5 times……. Second attempt it rang out 3 times, no answer. Eventually a call back to book but I had missed a 50% promotion!
