Comment
I have been using HQ for a number of years, and cannot think of one negative comment, particularly the branch I use in Kingston-upon-Thames. It is excellently managed, were the staff are well recruited, from the reception area, to the shampoo girls, to the top stylists. Of course over the years some of the staff leave for personal reasons, but there always seems to be very capable and polite, friendly replacements. I am very happy with the overall service and quality and will hopefully continue to use HQ for some time to come.
