Always a really nice, luxe experience. Love the products they use, the neck/head massage is a lovely extra. I recently came back to the salon since the pandemic and got my hair cut and blow-dried by a really friendly, chatty lady called Patricia who completely understood what I was after and i'm super happy with my hair - would recommend.

The first time in my 34 years of living that I feel I was listened to. My hairdresser (Eloise) was attentive and understood what I was looking for. I was treated as a customer from start to finish. Fantastic hospitality. Will be back again.

Not only Leonora who is always excellent but the young lady who washed my hair was so gentle. I don't carry money anymore and normally give a bigger tip at Christmas/NY so could not give her a tip this time
