Had my first appointment with Robert yesterday. Such a lovely guy, listened and did exactly what we had discussed...great experience all round with thevery sweet Holly giving a brilliant hair wash, head massage and neck massage....would highly recommend HQ

I have been having my hair done at Headquarters in Kingston for over ten years and I highly recommend them. The whole team are very professional, friendly and helpful and I'm always very happy with my cut and colour.

My first time at HQ having followed my stylist from another salon. I was actually pleasantly surprised by how nice it is, an all round enjoyable salon experience and a step up on my previous place. Plus of course great hair. I would definitely recommend it, as well as Kat the stylist.

I love my visits to Headquarters. Kelvin is a superb hairdresser,the best! And he is great company too. The girls that wash my hair and give head and shoulder massage are fantastic. All the staff are adorable, make me feel like I am one of the family. I am so happy the glass of wine is back after the pandemic, much appreciated! Thankyou!

Leonora was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend booking Leonora personally for a hair cut. Thoroughly enjoyable on one of the hottest days of the year! Thank you! The only thing that would be useful, would be to allow tips to be paid on card! I think the hairdressers and staff who prep our hair really must miss out on a lot of tips! I went to the bank and came back but I’m sure many would rather put a tip onto the cost of the haircut. Not many people carry cash anymore. Thanks again Leonora! Hannah x
