HQ is a lovely salon and the service received is even nicer. Everyone is polite and welcoming. The ambience is very calm and not as noisy as most salons can be…it has just the right balance. Prices have shot up recently which is the case everywhere I suppose due to Covid companies and businesses are trying to make up for the loss plus the cost of living has gone up too. It is not as affordable as it used to be unfortunately but that’s how it is for everyone including businesses. Having said that, it is my favourite salon for the reasons mentioned. All the staff are brilliant and professional.

Headquarters is a fantastic salon. It’s very professional but also extremely friendly. As soon as you walk on you feel at ease. I always get offered a drink and told when my hairdresser will be with me. Every time I get my hair washed I get offered a scalp massage and followed by a lovely neck massage after the wash. I have never had a bad experience and only have good things to say about the lovely staff and of course my wonderful hairdresser Kat (and Patricyia). Thank you Headquarters!

I had a haircut short on 6th Sept. It didn’t look anything like the style I described and showed (in a previous haircut photo). It looked awful. Cut far too short at the back. Too long at the front. Nothing like what I asked for. Didn’t suit me. I asked him if it suited me, he said yes. Had no shape. Maybe he should talk less and concentrate more on what a client wants. So, the next day, I went elsewhere to have it corrected (they cut it just how I wanted - they restyled it and it looks much better). I will not be returning to HQ. I don’t recommend them.

The hair was done well. The only issue I have is that my records continously get deleted and I have been with this salon for the last 25years. It would be great if long term clients data can remain and rather than deleting it, send email to clients to ask if they would still like to remain on the database for future appointments. There have been times when I would like to just come in and go I would like the same treatment which I had on this date...would make life so much easier as we are not all professionals like the team and often don't remember the colors and how the stylists did the hair.
