The massage rooms are very noisy as you can hear all the conversations going on at reception and phone calls etc.. the massage bed was so so creaky too which was really annoying and not at all conducive to a relaxing massage

Different therapist to usual and completely different facial - but it was good liked the pressure on face. I was in the little building at the back of the property and it was very hot - the therapist did turn the heat down for me, but still very warm and it is very cramped in there which I think the therapist found difficult! But the facial was nice and relaxing and as I say different to Usual which is not always a bad thing! I have scored the professional advice as 2 as I did not receive any and there is not an option to say n/a?

Just think its a shame that salon is looking very shabby. When in some of the treatment rooms you can hear conversations between staff at reception desk. Not very professional! So sad to see so many good staff leave, especially Jasmine, Lorna and Especially Amy. I will continue to use the salon but probably now only for essentials.

I love the friendliness of this salon, all the girls are first rate. Such a pity the rooms are so tatty; I don’t want to go elsewhere but I will if things aren’t attended to in the near future.

Thank you for your feedback and we are always grateful for our clients' constructive feedback. As you'll know we only purchased the salons in 2019 and since then have prioritised keeping jobs and keeping the business alive - a refurb of course has had to take a back seat. Having said that, we have repainted the salon and most importantly maintain a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Our priority will always remain giving our clients a first-class service in a clean and hygienic environment and we hope that will suit you too in future. Thank you again for your comments.
