A huge thank you to Teresa who was really lovely. She helped me choose the right colour for my nails, and really took care over my manicure. She was very friendly and chatty and made me the best cup of tea! She was also lovely and helpful when I popped back in to check if the colour had shrunk slightly on a couple of nails.

Lovely treatment from friendly and professional staff however I was disappointed in the overall effect and felt the results were not up to the standard I would normally expect. For the cost of the treatment this has left me feeling it was not worth the fee. I doubt I’d opt for this treatment again as the results vary so much.

Perfect hour of deep tissue/holistic massage which worked out knots went on to relaxing. Even included hands and feet massage. My face was glowing after.

Went for package massage & facial. Specifically asked for deep tissue upon booking & when arrived she said I was there for the deep tissue. Not sure what they consider deep tissue but it most certainly was not. I came out,albeit relaxed but certainly my knots & pain had not been relieved as it should’ve been had I received a deep tissue massage. I did ask for her to be firmer with her massage but wasn’t much better. I was very disappointed so decided to feedback which wasn’t well received & was told they’d had no other ‘complaints’ ! Facial was ok but again had better. Overall I wouldn’t go back but great if you want a relaxing massage.
