Lovely treatment from friendly and professional staff however I was disappointed in the overall effect and felt the results were not up to the standard I would normally expect. For the cost of the treatment this has left me feeling it was not worth the fee. I doubt I’d opt for this treatment again as the results vary so much.

I enjoyed my massage and it was very relaxing. The only issue was that it’s quite loud in the nail bar and the rooms aren’t sound proofed. I would also see this more as a relaxing massage rather than deep tissue as I’ve experienced it before. Not what I expected, but still enjoyable.

The massage rooms are very noisy as you can hear all the conversations going on at reception and phone calls etc.. the massage bed was so so creaky too which was really annoying and not at all conducive to a relaxing massage

Different therapist to usual and completely different facial - but it was good liked the pressure on face. I was in the little building at the back of the property and it was very hot - the therapist did turn the heat down for me, but still very warm and it is very cramped in there which I think the therapist found difficult! But the facial was nice and relaxing and as I say different to Usual which is not always a bad thing! I have scored the professional advice as 2 as I did not receive any and there is not an option to say n/a?

Just think its a shame that salon is looking very shabby. When in some of the treatment rooms you can hear conversations between staff at reception desk. Not very professional! So sad to see so many good staff leave, especially Jasmine, Lorna and Especially Amy. I will continue to use the salon but probably now only for essentials.
