I have been going to Hairform for almost 2 years now and have always received good service and a quality haircut. However, my recent experience after the lockdown was poor. I told the hairdresser that I wished to keep my fringe and overall style long but given 4 months in lockdown wanted it tidied up. He ignored this and while leaving the fringe a little longer than usual cut the rest of my hair down to less than an inch in length. When wet it appeared longer and I made comments through the cut. At the end, when discussing the length he advised it would grow out and be as long as I wanted, but he cut it short because otherwise it would annoy me. However, This isn't what I asked for as I said my intent was to grow my hair longer... The quality of the haircut remained very good and it is this factor that has made me return to Hairform many times, however as expressed it wasn't what I was looking for and so would make me question returning again.
