So happy to have my first appointment after lockdown today. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole experience felt very calm and relaxing despite all the Covid protection measures in place. The staff are doing a fantastic job making everyone feel pampered but safe at the same time. Thank you to Emily for doing a wonderful job on my roots and giving me lovely hair again. Can’t recommend The Hair and Beauty Lounge enough.
