The team made there upmost effort to make me feel comfortable considering the steps they have to take re Covid. I went into the salon with shoulder length hair and had it all undercut and highlights. I had not visited a hairdresser for six months due to the virus and so a well worth deserved visit. Very satisfied and a big thanks to Laura and Natalie. See you later Girls xx

Brilliant staff and service I feel human again

I know it is strange times but my appointment was over an hour late. For most of that time I was asked to stand outside. My appointment was for 6pm I was asked to come for 6.15 pm as the stylist was running late. I was seated at 7.15pm and my hair was started at 7.30. The salon was due to close at 8pm and I was having all over foils cut and blow dry. I didn’t want to feel rushed and asked if there was going to be enough time to complete my style. A reasonable question I thought. The stylist then got rather annoyed and upset because I’d questioned her timings. I was assured by another member of staff I would not be rushed and my hair would be done professionally. My appointment ended at 9.30 pm and I did like the colour and cut. The stylist did not speak for most of that time and I was made to feel I was in the wrong fir asking if there would be enough time to complete my style. Overall I was please with the style just not the amount of time I had to wait .

I have always found the staff professional, friendly and very approachable. My hair has finally been transformed from a dry frizz, coloured disaster (from a previous salon) to healthy looking, coloured locks. Lauren is my usual stylist, she is very knowledgeable and I trust her advice 100%. I have no worries seeing other stylists, in Lauren's absence. I've already recommended 3 of my family members to E&L Hair and are now regular clients. I would not hesitate recommending E&L Hair to anyone.
