I have been coming here for yuko for many years and have always had a great experience. My most recent experience was not as good as previous ones though. The hair stylist did a good job of my Yuko but she was quite rough and heavy handed with me. Brushing my wet knotty hair right from the top, separating it roughly so it hurt, burning my scalp with the hairdryer, slapping the wet hair in my face as she separated it. It took an hour less than usual as a result. I would have preferred it to take the extra hour it's always taken and have a gentler experience
