Some really great hairdressers at this salon. Have recommended friends who have all been very pleased. One of the girls had a bit of an unfriendly way about her but it was a particularly busy day and she was probably a bit stressed. Can usually squeeze you in if you need a cut on the same day. Prices are reasonable. Lots of treatments offered.

I have been coming here for yuko for many years and have always had a great experience. My most recent experience was not as good as previous ones though. The hair stylist did a good job of my Yuko but she was quite rough and heavy handed with me. Brushing my wet knotty hair right from the top, separating it roughly so it hurt, burning my scalp with the hairdryer, slapping the wet hair in my face as she separated it. It took an hour less than usual as a result. I would have preferred it to take the extra hour it's always taken and have a gentler experience

I got tape hair extensions put in by Jessica, and the final result was amazing! Blended really well and much better than expected. She gave me great advice and made me feel extremely welcome and relaxed throughout, especially as it was my first time in the salon. The overall service from the salon was great and all the staff were very friendly and easy to get along and have a laugh with. Will definitely recommend this salon to others!

I would not hesitate to recommend Changes Day Spa as I have always been very satisfied with the professional service I have received and have been a client at the Ramsgate salon for quite some time. I am often complimented on the cut and colour of my hair and am always happy to 'put my head in their hands'.

Really pleased with my highlights, cut and style from today's visit. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great that salon is open on a Sunday.
