The moment you walking into chaps you’re met with friendliness which is complimented with a nice relaxing, clean environment. Which is all perfect for my son, who has struggled in the past with having his hair cut. From what I have observed, all the hair cuts look decent too, especially Ellie’s handy work who has completely transformed my son’s appearance and he loves it, I have even noticed he seems more confident in himself I couldn’t recommend it enough
