Charlee has been amazing with the Lumi eye treatment, always considered and professional throughout, Charlee always takes the time to ensure customers are welcomed and never rushed. Such a great atmosphere in Chaps as always. The only barbers and salon I will ever use for any treatment or cut. Great value and perfect service from all the staff.

I love this place, it's just a chilled and cool environment and all the staff and owners are just great. It's a perfect example of a local business that deserves local support. That said, I travel from Maidstone to visit Chaps and Chapettes as it's so great.

I’ve been coming here for several years now and the hair cuts from Martin are legendary. He’s an awesome barber. I usually have some waxing done at the same time and Charlie, Kitty and the team do a great job and the whole team are professional and friendly. Sadly, im moving to the Southwest soon and I’m going to miss my regular visits to Chaps. It’s like a catch up with old friends every visit. Well done Charlie, Martin and the team. You have a really special business here. Keep up the good work!
