Excellent experience as my memory went somewhere else and I arrived just over an hour too early for my appointment and you were fully booked! I also had a busy day planned so I was very pleased when you managed to rearrange your time table and fit me, in it really helped, thanks Karis, Martyn always does a good job but I was dis appointed that Gary has gone walkabout but I wish him well and happiness in his travels, take care.
