I had total time out with Charlee who was professional and very kind. She asked if everything is OK and if the pressure is not too strong. I loved the facial and upper back massage as I do suffer from back pains quite often. The whole experience was amazing and I felt very relaxed after, then sore for a couple of days :) The only thing that I realised after was that on the website it states the total time out lasts 2h and my massage was over an hour.

Good overall, grooming essentials was around 12 minutes so probably unlikely to book it again
