It is very unfortunate, the hair stylist today and on my other visits does not try to strike up a conversation with me. This makes me feel like an unwelcome guest in someone’s home!..... Also, communication is an issue, as I stipulated I did not want my hair blow dried, when I made my appointment. I also, made sure, I mentioned it again in the salon to the hair technician, of which she said, the hair stylist is aware of it! However, after cutting my hair, the hair stylist picked up the hair drier to blow dry my hair. I instantly said, I did not want my hair blow dried. The stylist abruptly put down the hair drier and proceeded to the till for my payment. It would have been a nice touch, if the stylist had at least offered to dry off my hair, or at least, apologised for the error. When I arrived home, after my hair had dried, I noticed the brown flashes I had put in my hair were very dark, compared to previous treatments. Therefore, in view of this continuing treatment of being ignored and lack of communication amongst the staff, I have decided to try out a more friendlier salon!...
