Right off the bat the salon COVID guidelines on their board weren’t followed (no temp taken on entry - not sure if they’re still doing this) but other guidelines were followed well; masks etc Salon was dirty and not kept tidy in between clients, blow dryers were grubby, didn’t feel like stylists had their own equipment. The cut itself; I didn’t feel like any care was put into making sure the cut was even at all. When I got home (although I was initially happy at the salon) I was shocked to find that the under layers of my hair were so uneven I had to trim them myself so it didn’t look so bad! Won’t be going back any time soon which is a shame as the salon was recommended to me.

Always always go go liv for my makeup at the salon she’s been a friend as well as a lovely person for around 6 years and who is amazing at her job! All the staff including Steve and the girls are always so friendly too even when liv is working with you! Absolutely love visiting the salon

Kirsty is always very friendly, offers advice when styling. Always comfortable knowing I’ll get a good cut :)
