I had planned to use £10 off I had recieved as an email but was told that it needed to be printed. I just checked the email and it does say in small writing to print off but it would be good if it was bigger and more clear that the discount cannot be used unless printed. Other than that all round good service.

I've predominantly put 5's as everything was fine (I'm thinking 5 is average), I certainly intend to keep using Classique and I already do recommend them. The service is fine and at the level I would expect, though I don't find the time of the appointment as booked reflects reality, I've always had a 10-15 minute wait (for a 10-15 minute appointment) I don't see this as a huge problem but I can't give higher ratings for this reason. Cost and convenience are the main factors for my choosing classique the online booking is very useful and saves time. I've always been happy witht the cut and all of the team have been polite and friendly.

Classique was my hair saloon for many years and I never once came out dissatisfied but due to personal circumstances had to discontinue using the saloon. I was really excited about returning after many years. Steve who always did hair still lived up to past cuts as I was Absolutly delighted with the outcome, Rose was a pleasure to talk to and made my visit very enjoyable. Can't wait to return.

Time keeping was poor. Hair washed quickly but was kept waiting 30 minutes until cut

I arrived promptly for my appt and was attended to pleasantly, my hair was washed and I was seated at the stylists chair. It was nearly twenty five minutes before my stylist was free to cut my hair. The cut was very quick as there were other people waiting for the stylist so felt very rushed. Not a very relaxing experience!
