Although my previous experience would normally get 10's this time I visited on a Saturday. It was very very busy. It all felt a bit rushed and the person who was meant to finish my colour with a rough dry was changed last minute due to someone who had waited a long time already. The lovely young girl who finished my hair applied straighteners to my hair which was still wet in places underneath! The lads who were trying their best at keeping everyone happy with refreshments were told off for not doing other jobs which was a shame as they were trying to constantly clear spaces ready for the next client. Perhaps if there were less customers booked in, the whole experience would have been more pleasant... This is the first time I have come out feeling flustered rather than relaxed. Go on a week day...it's completely different :-)
