on my last visit I was not offered a beverage. The wash basins since they have been altered are very uncomfortable now as I am, unfortunately, short waisted.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 for environment is that the Watford branch of Clipso has lovely reclining seats at the sinks which are much more comfortable especially as I am only 5ft 1in. I feel like I am sitting straight up at most hairdressers sinks & water always runs down my neck leaving me damp! knocked a point off the service experience for this too. on the plus side, my hairdresser Demi is brilliant.

I love Clipso. It's welcoming, friendly and professional. I do find it expensive but am happy to pay as I trust the staff and enjoy the experience.
