I had Eva as my hairdresser and she was amazing! From the cut to general advice, you could tell she genuinely cared about the state of her clients hair rather than trying to make a quick sell of additional services. I also found it it a pleasure to chat to her and will definitely be coming back to her for my next hair cut. Thanks!

Lovely atmosphere, attentive staff and excellent styling. I had too very minor niggles1. I was left waiting for a bit and 2.I'm asked how I would I like my hair blow dried which is confusing because I don't know what the choices are, it would be nice to be given some options and doesnt the stylist know how the finished design should look. But these are minor points - I left the salon feeling I looked fab.

First haircut for a long time and was quite concerned how I would feel in a different environment than before. The checking in process and that all the staff had received specialist training regarding Covid-19 put my mind at rest. So nice to see the hairdressers faces, albeit through clear plastic. Thanks for a great haircut Demi at St Albans!

I have very boring hair, so it was a pleasure to receive Casey's care and enthusiastic attention to detail and to leave the salon looking vastly better than when I entered!

Lovely welcome from the salon owner and all the staff who all know me by my first name. Drinks were offered throughout my appointment making me feel all my needs were met with a choice of various beverages. My stylist knows my colour and cut history making me feel confident and relaxed during my appointment. The most important advice when choosing a new salon is to look through the shop window and see how busy they are on Friday morning. If it's busy with customers and stylist, you know it must have an excellent reputation! Simon runs a tight ship and offers an excellent service. I would recommend a visit when you next need a cut, colour or helpful advice. I even have had an up do to visit Fortnum & Mason, London for Afternoon tea.
