I have used Club 21 for many years now and have always been completely happy with my stylist Libby - I have never felt very comfortable visiting hair stylists and once I found Club 21 and Libby I have never felt the need to find another hair dresser - hence the scores of 10 - I only gave a low score 8 for value for money as I have nothing to compare with but I have always accepted the going rate for my hair cut. On the rare occasions Libby hasn't been available I have been allocated another stylist(s) who have always delivered what I need.
