I've been going to Club 21 for over a year now and I am always greeted with a friendly welcome. All of the staff at Club 21 are polite and easy to talk to, if you have any queries they are never too busy to help. My stylist Lou-anne is very experienced and professional and her patients has been a virtue as I am extremely fussy when it comes to my hair, I get many a complimentary word about my hair after visiting Club 21. My daughters are also fans and I have booked to take my mum along too, I would have no reservation whatsoever in recommending Club 21, I would say "give it a try you will not be disappointed".

Excellent caring staff who always greet you with a smile. I am particularly impressed by the young trainees and their attitude towards people and work.

I have been a longstanding client with Club 21 since moving to the area in 1995. I have visited other salons in the area and in Central London over the years however still come back to Club 21. The staff are always willing to assist and even change their bookings in order to accommodate me and my son - particularly the co-owner, Jenna. Jenna, Graham and their staff are truly professional, ready to give good advice and also make one feel relaxed in the salon - genuinely warm, friendly, lovely people. In addition, it is good to see they are willing to take on apprenticeships which so few local companies do - to help young people get on the ladder of their chosen career. It is always a pleasure to come in ....

I always visit club 21 to have my hair highlighted and coloured by a junior as I feel I like to help the youngsters who so badly want to make it in the world of hairdressing! I have to say that my visit today was one of the best as the trainer who oversees the junior's work was one of the most knowledgeable I have experienced. She also spoke to me and had very good people skills which has been lacking with past trainers! She gave very helpful advice to the young girl doing my hair and took the time to show her how to do various things instead of just using words. I felt that the junior probably learned a lot from her experience today too. The trainer obviously knew her stuff and it made me feel more at ease, knowing that I was going to go out of the salon with a finished, professional look.
