Been coming here for at least 10 years and really rate the service and advice I've received throughout that period. However, my last couple of visits have included overly arduous hair washes that have left me feeling far from relaxed and slightly traumatized.

Used the salon on a training day for a colour package. Received courteous service throughout with the junior stylist being overseen throughout by her trainer, so felt completely relaxed and not worried about what colour hair i was going to finish up with!! My needs were taken care of with compliementary tea and coffee and magazines to peruse whilst the colour was "taking". I felt very happy with the outcome. Well done Ellie!!

Whilst having my hair washed there was an overpowering smell of amonia as four customers were having dye treatments. A bit more fresh air is needed. It was fine at the front during my cut.

Haven't had my hair cut in a long while, but it was lovely to be spoilt by having my hair washed. The stylist was brilliant and I walked out having enjoyed the experience and a really nice hair do!

I used to travel up town to get my hair cut and blow dry, but since going to Club 21 I would not think of going anywhere else.
