I think Club 21 overall is really good. I think there are a few things that could be done to elevate it a bit more: - Glasses rather than plastic cups for water - it's a small thing but helps towards that luxurious effect (and eco friendly!) - Timing - this is something I think Club 21 does need to work on. I arrived for a 9am appointment the first of the day and wasn't seen till 9.15 - I had hoped being the first of the day it would start on time. On most occasions I've seen there has always been a delay, and on one occasion for a beauty appt I had to go as was 30 mins late. I don't know if it's a case of overbooking or underestimating time of appointments but I think it does need addressing. It makes it very hard to plan anything afterwards as I have no idea what time I'll be leaving.

The whole experience felt quite rushed because it was started late and my hairdresser seemed to be looking after about 3 people at once. The wash was also quite aggressive and not very relaxing at all.

I had a color consultation done the week before my appointment to cover grey roots and get a haircut. I specifically drew the attention to the fact that I have had an unfortunate dying somewhere else and multiple treatments to correct the problem. I wad assured this will not happen with the particular number hair dyi we chose on recommendation by the stylist. Sure enough my roots came out orange. I had to stay for an extra hour to try and correct the issue with a darker number, which provided a marginal improvement that I am sure will fade in a few washes and teveal an orange overall tone. I am not happy with the end result, will not recommend or return to the salon.
