From initial phone call to the end of my appointment, the whole experience has been top class. A lovely welcome, a friendly atmosphere and full confidence in my stylist. For the first time ever, I walked out with exactly what I wanted and no need to run home and style myself. Can't wait to go back for colour and trim next time!
