Easy user friendly online booking system. I was pleased to have a same day appointment. Efficient welcome when I arrived and comfortable waiting area. Lovely area to change although it would be nice if there was a hook for a coat. The lady who carried out my treatment was lovely, friendly and chatty; making me feel very at ease and reduced any embarrassment I felt. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this salon

had a really good experience to be honest. i get really intimidated when going into places like the hairdressers, but the lady who cut my hair was so down to earth. Also, even though im 21 and have so many grey hairs, when i pointed it out, she pretended she didnt see them aha!

Lola was lovely, very pleased with my haircut and her attention to detail. I was disappointed about not being told in advance for the patch test. Which is crucial and therefore resulted in not being able to get my hair toned... causing inconvenience for when i am now available to get around to it...
