Kayley was great at striking a balance between telling me what she recommended and listening to what I wanted. She obviously knows her stuff but keeps to customer involved the whole way through the process. And I loved the final result!

First time getting my hair cut at Cocoon, had a haircut with Kayley. Was lively experience, she listened to what I wanted and also gave her own recommendation when I asked. Did a great job and explained things well, very happy with my hair cut.
