It was really a nice experience and everything was ok apart from the time because normally it’s mentioned 1h-1:15min massage but it’s not exactly that. It was my second time facial and as usual they will finish in about 40min. It’s just that otherwise I enjoyed it. 😊 and I will obviously refer to others as well. I hope next time I will have my at least an hour relaxing massage😂.

The haircut was good, the stylist has made everything as I asked. The main flaw of the hair salon that it is dirty and they don't follow the sanitary guidances. Even in coronavirus conditions they don't care about the safety and overall experience of their customers. I sat in front of a dirty table with someone's hair on it and spots from coffee or something like that. I think that's awful that the stylist put the scissors and comb that used for my hair in a tray with someone else's hair. It was very unpleasant.

It was visibly quite unclean. The chair, little table around things were quite unclean. Not planning to visit again!!

I visited Cocoon today for the first time and what a lovely place to have your hair done. The reception area was clean and tidy and the receptionists were very welcoming. Kayleigh (My stylist) was lovely, friendly and more importantly made a fabulous job of my hair. She recommended products I could use on my hair without the hard sell and even gave me £5 for my birthday on the 21st September, such a lovely gesture. I have booked to go back in October :) Fab service all round.
