I am delighted with my hair after a cut and highlights yesterday with Karlton. He took a lot of time and care to achieve a great result. My only one thing is that he added a toner to the highlights (for the first time), with no explanation and did not explain this would incur a further £16 charge. I am only pointing this out for other future customers!

I took advantage of the 25% off for first two visits with a cut (very nice sharp bob) and a couple of weeks later a colour with some highlights. Nicoleta took time to discuss my cut before starting and gave me advice about how to look after my hair in between appointments. I was nervous about having highlights as I’d never had them before so Nicoleta suggested only adding a few to begin with so I could get used to it before adding more. I wasn’t sure if I liked it at first but it’s been two weeks and I like it very much now I’m used to it. I will be back so Nicoleta can add more highlights and take care of my grey roots!

Lola was lovely, very pleased with my haircut and her attention to detail. I was disappointed about not being told in advance for the patch test. Which is crucial and therefore resulted in not being able to get my hair toned... causing inconvenience for when i am now available to get around to it...

Been going to Cocoon for a while now. A consistently brilliant salon with friendly staff, especially Charlie who always does a fantastic job. Great stylist, great place.
