Generally good experience and friendly staff. Back of head near neck was not washed properly at all, and rough dry was poorly done - had to redo when arrived home. Otherwise everything else totally fine and staff accommodating.

My hairdresser was so lovely and gave some great advice on how I can grow my hair but also keep it healthy. I couldn’t recommend her enough! I was a little disappointed with my hair wash, it took all of 2 minutes to do and the staff member didn’t ask whether I wanted a head massage, i’m pretty sure this is standard for any salon. I didn’t feel pampered at all and the young staff member seemed way to put out to wash my hair properly. I also noticed that she didn’t put a robe on me so my clothes got wet, I would have thought she would have given me a robe. The overall experience was okay, but I definitely would like to have been pampered a lot more, I was quite disappointed.

Carlton is a very professional and relaxing place. Would be perfect for the Lexicon so the drive isn’t so long.

The 'professional advice' question only got that score because it wasn't really relevant to the type of appointment. Full marks overall would have been given if I was offered a drink e.g. water and if the salon was brighter, it's a little bit dull.

This was the first tym I went to colour my hair.Kayleh was really nice and she helped me out with the kind of colour that would suit my hair .After the colour my looked totally changed and I looked so good with my new set of coloured hair. Overall it was really good.
