Everyone worked amazingly at social distancing and I felt very safe. It was so lovely to be back after so long and grateful that the girls gave me a massive pick me up with wonderful hair cut!

Nicoleta was amazing - so thorough and so professional. I could tell I was in really good hands and she kept checking to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. She did exactly what I wanted and the haircut was perfect! I feel so refreshed now with my post-lockdown cut.

I love the haircut and the colour done by Charlie. She helped me to take the right decision with the hair colour and as always the haircut was perfect. I am happy that Cocoon is open after so many months. I felt safe while I was at the premises, social distance is respected and the staff has been trained to handle the current environment.
