I had a different person today from my usual stylist, but I felt very confident that all would be well - and it was! Great service from a newly qualified stylist, who took real care to regularly check in with me about what I wanted and how it was going.

Charlie is amazing, she always makes me feel Special and I always love my hair after she’s worked her magic!!! She’s friendly, kind and always professional. The team at cocoon are always friendly and lovely and even in these difficult times, it still feels like it’s a treat.

My visit to Cocoon was a birthday gift to have my hair coloured for the first time. Ellen was so friendly and helped me to feel relaxed and welcome. I was definitely in good hands and I love how the look turned out. A huge bonus were the massage chairs at the hair washing areas.
