As always the service is excellent, I have always felt confidant & relaxed at Cocoon and Charlie is a great hairdresser and everybody makes the effort to e friendly. It's especially impressive at the moment with the challenges created by Covid. The organisation is very impressive and feels really safe.

Had a chest wax with Magda who was lovely! Magda was Warm, friendly, and professional throughout the treatment. Magda was also extremely knowledgable about after care, post treatment, as my skin can be a little bit sensitive from time to time. After having such a lovey experience with Magda, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A job very well done and an extremely satisfied customer! :))

Ellen is so lovely & I would throughly recommend her. I was so pleased to see her today & she will always be my first choice to do my hair.
