So grateful to Ellen and the hairdressers here. This was my first hair cut in a year and I'm so so happy. Delighted with my new haircut, and really appreciated the care they put in, allowing it to be how I would like,not feeling pressured into anything, and made me feel so at ease. After all these lockdowns I'm even more in awe of hairdressers and how tricky your job is, so hats off to you, you're heroes! Best experience ever (especially with the massage chair!) Will definitely be coming again. Thank you so much.

Really good service (as always) staff professional and friendly; lovely lady did my great cut and blow dry - much better than my daughter in laws $600 (yes £$600 ) hair cut , style and blow dry in Manhattan. ( not kidding , I know it was a really upmarket salon - but honestly we do it much better !!! 💇

Absolutely amazing, my hair looks stunning and isn’t damaged at all! A huge thank you to Ellen and the rest of the cocoon team. Lorlee is an amazing stylist & she makes me feel important every time I come in! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to cut my hair.
