Only issue I had was I booked with Lorlee but she for some reason took three hours to complete a haircut so Pedja cut my hair. Pedja is obviously way more experienced and I had a fantastic experience. However slightly disappointed that my original appointment was not upheld.

I had an appointment with Nicoleta for a new style and blow dry after 2 years of not doing anything with my hair! The business was clean, bright and professional. I was offered a hot or cold drink and was even served my latte with some chocolates! Nicoleta was friendly and cut my hair in a way that framed my face well. I got a lot of compliments at work afterwards! She recommended a treatment that helped my damaged hair feel silky and great and even gave me two hair masks free of charge to help with upkeep. I’ve already re-booked and would definitely recommend her and this salon to people looking for a salon in Reading.

It was my first manicure at the salon and it was a great experience. The nails look great and the treatment was very professionally done: exfoliation, hand massage, etc. I could also leave with my chosen nail polish because it is part of the package! I will most definitely return for manicure and other services.
