Today I had my second appointment at Cocoon and it was just as wonderful as the first. They really understand the importance of the whole experience for the customer. From the amazing drinks and snacks, to the massaging chair, to the excellent level of professionalism from the staff. Katie was once again superb. Excellent at her job and with a genuine loveliness about her. I loved the colour Katie did for me and my whole experience was completed with a value for money bill, and a lovely Xmas card with discount vouchers. Thank you for paying such good attention to detail. It allowed me to have a few hours break from my busy life, where I can just focus on me. Happy Christmas to you all! Xx
