I cannot fault the massage therapist at all, but the amotsphere and premises was awful, the room was very basic and did not have a nice relaxing spa vibe, also it was very cold in the room not cosey at all, my friend also had a massage at the same time at me and im sorry to say hers was even worse, the massage therapist was burping through out the whole session and she also placed wet cotton pads over her eyes? By far one of the worst spa experiences we both had, will not be coming back - would ideally want a full refund but i know this wont happen
