I had an appointment for waxing with Laura today. She really is the best at waxing in all the 30+ years I've been getting waxed. She is always extremely professional. I highly recommend Laura . While there today there was a lady I have never seen there, sat behind the reception desk, it wasn't the manageress as I know her well from previous visits. She appeared to be possiblyan area manager? She looked to be doing paperwork and possibly doing petty cash. I found her to be most brusque and unfriendly in her manner regarding a question the therapist asked aher about change for me. If she is the area manager she really needs to up her game and set a good example to customers. I have always found the regular staff at the Hitchin salon to be professional and friendly.
