Have been using this salon for 6/7 years and the service is better than ever. My only feedback from today's visit, I usually visit every 6 weeks or so and was a little disappointed to see the same magazines from my last visit in February. Other than that brilliant service.

My pedicure was absolutely fantastic. Wonderful attention to detail, I felt so pampered and my feet looked absolutely wonderful afterwards! 10 out of 10 for pedicure. The only thing was it was a super grey day, Iā€™d rushed out of the house leaving my husband with the baby and after an exhausting night/day I was craving a cup of tea - and when they offered a drink I jumped at the chance of having one but left slightly disappointed when they said they had no milk šŸ™ƒ so water it was

The treatment room was on the small side for the type of treatment - a body wrap that involves the therapist moving around the client, so it felt a bit cramped and awkward. In places the decor is a little tired and disappointingly it doesn't really have a 'spa' feel, definitely a salon rather than a day spa. The welcome and service can't be faulted though, both were great and I'll be returning. (I booked two further treatments!) I'd also add that there's an extensive, varied range of treatments offered, I'd say more so than other places, so that's another good thing about Cove Spa.

Excellent massage, thank you so much. Suggestion for management : with current spa prices, it would be great if basic toiletries were provided, eg shower gel, body lotion and facial moisturiser after the steam room.

My only small criticism was that the toilet I was directed to had no toilet paper (box of tissues on a shelf) and no towels to dry hands. This has never happened before and my appointment was late in the day but .....

I was asked to pre pay when I booked over the phone. This was new to me and I didnt feel great about it. Also I was never informed that Body Magic had changed to Cove SPA. As a valued customer it would have been nice to be told. Sb

Thank you for your feedback. In the first instance please accept our apologies for what seems to be a frustrating experience for you - not at all an intention on our part. Please allow me to explain: The Cove Spa has a deposit policy in place to ensure our loyal clients get maximum availability for when they need it. Clearly this policy means less over-bookings with late cancellations, which would only block the Spa diary unnecessarily and upset genuine clients who cannot get the space. As for the change over from BodyMagic, we started our communications back in November so have covered pre, during and post activity of informing all clients of the latest updates. These messages were sent to everyone signed up to either our e-marketing or social media channels. I trust you'll join us soon if not already.
