I have been visiting Black Orchid for many years now and in all that time I have received a very friendly welcome from all the members of staff who have gone out of their way to make sure that I am pleased with the results.

I really don’t see how my experience at Black Orchid could be improved, I’m very happy with the way my hair is done and I get good advice about what style suits me. All staff are friendly and I feel very comfortable when I am there, comfortable enough to be able to speak up if I was unhappy with something.

As always friendly and enjoyable experience. They always take the time to get to know you and will never advise a cut that won't suit,so you are in safe hands.
