Jade did cut my hair OK, I don't really have any complaints about that, however I think I was the last customer of the day because it felt really rushed. The whole appointment was only 10 minutes, I know it wouldn't necessarily be the whole 30mins but I felt a bit pressured and rushed, so feel a bit unsatisfied by the experience and that it wasn't value for money.
