Firstly the standard of health and safety is extremely high with all staff wearing shields AND mouth/nose masks. Every section is constantly cleaned and there are patrician shields also. This was my first time in this beautiful salon and also my first time booking a Brazilian Blow Dry. They had a 20% discount for the month of September when booking with an associate stylist. All the staff are super lovely, welcoming and nice. I’m so annoyed because I can’t remember the name of the senior stylist who did my treatment, but she was so lovely and very professional. I was in the salon for almost 2 1/2hrs and even then being the last customer I never once felt like the work was rushed or I was being rushed to leave. My hair looks flawless and I was given easy to follow after care instructions with no pressure to purchase products afterwards, but if I did want to, I was shown which would be best for my hair type. I loved it in that salon and would highly recommend and I will be going back.
