Chris is a magician. He has a good understanding of customer’s vision and he makes sure he actually understands what the client means. He explains the process and what is possible. He goes beyond. He really cares about the result and whether the client leaves the salon happy. Chris is a true gem to the team and he is the best hairdresser / hair colourist I have ever had in my life. He never complains when I’m needy and have unreasonable expectations. He tried to meet them updating on the process. 💙 Also a big thank you to Emily who has been assisting him and who is very gentle, sweet, attentive and with great customer service skills. Thank you. I definitely recommend the salon often.
