I recently visited Caprio's for a corrective balayage/ombre style for my long hair. Prior to my appointment I attended a consultation to carry out a skin patch test and hair stand test. All the staff were so friendly and I immediately feel at ease. My hair designer Jess was absolutely lovely, ensuring we were totally on the same page with the hairstyle I wanted, how we could meet my expectations and ensuring I understood the importance of the skin test. At my later hair appointment, again all the staff were lovely and you could tell from the interactions with other clients this was a genuine, professional and trustworthy salon! Jess was amazing and I can't recommend her enough! Having struggled with other salons and mobile hairdressers I am so pleased to have found someone so professional, thoughtful and genuinely passionate about her career. It was a refreshing change to go to a salon where you didn't feel rushed or slotted in between other appointments, having someone take the time to really ensure your hair design was just right! I absolutely love my new hairstyle and have already booked back in for a maintenance appointment in a few months. I highly recommend Caprio's and will be telling all my friends and family to pay a visit!
