Walked into to salon feeling nervous and walked out feeling amazing.Was I unsure about having Great Lengths extensions but all of my questions and fears were answered at my consultation. Every step of the process was explained to me as well as after care. My hair now has volume and length and I love it.Thank you Jo and Caprios for excellent service as always.

Upset by today's experience. When I got there I was told I had booked an intensive condition treatment between my colour and cut. I explained I hadn't. Jess said she had someone else hair to do inbetween mine and it was a considerable gap and she thought I knew? Had to watch Jess do someone else's hair for 40 odd mins. I offered to go home with wet hair as it been there long enough. I was told I wasn't allowed to leave with wet hair!I said it's a free country and I'll do what I like. Stopped for cut and dry but annoyed with service.

Good Afternoon Lisa. Thank you for taking the time to review My salon. It is with great disappointment to hear that the service you received was not at the high standard clients regularly receive at Caprio’s. You should have been advised at the time of booking that there would be a slight wait after your colour service before your stylist would be available to carry out your styling service. If this is the only availability at the time of booking we offer the client the choice to either wait or rather than sit around take advantage of the time and have a treatment. From your review I can only assume you weren’t advised of this but if I can assure you I will investigate further into your service to ascertain who made your appointment booking. As far as leaving the salon with wet hair is concerned this isn’t something we do for a number of reasons, firstly because we need to ensure the colour is correct and secondly because we cut the hair wet, blow dry the hair into style then make any finer adjustments cut wise based on how the hair sits when styled. As you can imagine I am deeply disappointed by such an unusually low rating and will be calling a team meeting to discuss the service you received in order to ensure the lack of communication doesn’t occur again. Thank you once again for providing me with the information to improve our service.

I have been a customer at Caprio's for 15years.Every visit is conducted very professionally with expert advice always given. My hairdresser Jodie gives you the salon experience that she would expect herself, first class. Everyone is friendly and obliging and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you Jodie x x
